In a record win for a leaseholder, Maunsell Property Consultants is delighted to report that Mr Peter Wynne received a compensation package of around $25 million from NSW State Government as a compensation package for his forced early lease termination of the highly popular Martin Place Bar at 39 Martin Place in Sydney to make way for the new Metro Train Station. This couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy and came about after 18 months of frustrated negotiations.
