Canberra Calling

We had the great pleasure to spend part of the working week in our great nations capital, searching for suitable space for our national client, Clicks IT, (we’ve previously sourced Brisbane and Adelaide). Its been a while since we have pounded the pavement down Canberra way and I must say I was very impressed with the stock offerings. Barton and Kingston had some great new buildings and have attracted many professional service companies and such as wealth management and property groups. However, the City is still rather fragmented and if I was looking to check in for space I would still opt for Civic, as you can walk around to visit clients and the shop and coffeee offerings are in abundance. You also don’t have to jump in your car to visit the Gym or see a movie.
